Refund policy

At VORYNA, we are committed to delivering quality products and fair service. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a refund or return.

1. Order Issues & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at:

Your claim must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If approved, we will offer a free replacement (if available) or a full refund of the product price

    Return of the item may or may not be required depending on the situation.

    2. Returns Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and unworn
    • With original tags
    • In original packaging
    • In clean, resellable condition
    • Returns must be approved by us before being sent back. 
    • Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

    3. Returns We Do Not Accept

    We will not accept returns that:

    • Are crumpled, excessively wrinkled, or carelessly packed
    • Have strong odors (including body odor, perfume, or cologne)
    • Have stains, discoloration, or visible signs of wear

    If your return does not meet these standards:

    • The item will be shipped back to you
    • No refund will be issued
    • The item will not be eligible for re-submission

    As a small performance brand, we cannot issue refunds for items that cannot be resold.

    4. Exchanges

    We typically replace items only if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

    5. Lost or Stolen Packages

    VORYNA is not responsible for packages confirmed as Delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

    Upon request, we can provide:

    • Delivery confirmation
    • Tracking number
    • Carrier information

    Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to investigate delivered but missing packages.

    6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

    Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

    We are not responsible for non-delivery due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address
    • Missing apartment/unit number
    • Refused delivery
    • Failure to collect package
    • “Pending pickup” or unclaimed status

    If a package is returned due to customer error, reshipping fees may apply.

    7. Shipping & Return Costs

    Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.

    Priority shipping fees and optional tips are non-refundable.

    8. Shipping Delays

    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

    • Customs processing
    • Carrier delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Global logistics disruptions

    In rare situations, delivery may take up to 60 days.

    Delays caused by external logistics factors are not grounds for refund while the package remains in transit.

    9. Refund Processing

    If your refund is approved:

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
    • Processing time: 5–10 business days
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable

    We reserve the right to deny claims that are fraudulent, abusive, or outside the policy timeframe.
